This was such a great project, taken down to the studs in most of the rooms and we worked with the builder on paint selection inside and out, cabinets and finishings.  Check out the two baths below such fun! The house had dingy stone exterior so we painted dark grey with black shutters and then whitewashed the fireplace which really made the home feel current!  This is the way projects are supposed to work - we staged on Thursday, took photos on Friday, got full price offer during Saturday's open house!!
